Roles and Responsibilities

  • Regular monitoring of services.
  • Optimising bills in different AWS Accounts.
  • Develop and ensure CI/CD up and running without any errors.
  • Ensure all services up and running without any error.
  • Ensuring that systems are safe and secure.
  • Setting up tools and required infrastructure.
  • Working on ways to automate processes wherever possible.
  • Identifying technical problems and developing software updates.
  • Incidence management and root cause analysis.
  • Maintaining and conducting review process with the team.
  • Perform routine application maintenance to ensure production environment runs smoothly.
  • Monitor performance of all internal systems.

Job Description

  • Building and implementing new development tools and infrastructure.
  • Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying them to developers.
  • Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes.
  • Testing and examining code written by others and analysing results.
  • Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats.
  • Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
  • Working with development team.
  • Planning projects and being involved in project management decisions.


Bachelor of science degree (or equivalent) in computer science, engineering, or relevant field.


  • Experience as a DevOps engineer or in a similar software engineering role.
  • Proficiency with Git and GitHub workflows.
  • Knowledge of scripting.
  • Working knowledge of databases and SQL.
  • Problem-solving..
