Energy Consumption Data

In order to provide our services to our clients we also collect and analyse energy consumption data (and associated information) related to our clients’ premises. Depending on the nature of those premises, such data may in certain cases constitute personal data.

In particular, we use the n3rgy data service to interface with national smart meter systems in order to collect, store, manage and share with us data from our clients' smart meters. This service uses the Smart Energy Code . N3RGY LIMITED is incorporated and registered in England and Wales with the company number 11203504 with its registered office at 4 Ovington Drive, Fleet, United Kingdom, GU51 1DF.

The information collected comprises:

● Client sign up and on-boarding information (names, email addresses, job titles, usernames, mobile phone numbers, postal addresses, gas and electricity bills, meter point administration
(MPAN) and meter point reference numbers (MPRN);
● N3rgy API call information (electricity consumption data, gas consumption data, tariff data, available cache range for meter data, data granularity and data units); and
● Smart meter data (information about the smart meter device including the device ID).

How is your personal data collected?

We obtain personal data which you knowingly and voluntarily disclose to us, both in an online and offline context. Other types of information may be collected automatically from your device as you interact with our website. We collect this personal data by using cookies and other similar technologies.
